Volunteers Needed for a research study exploring the effects of mentorship for novice clinical adjunct nursing faculty.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Teach clinical nursing courses in pre-licensure nursing programs in the U.S.
- Are contracted to teach on a course-by-course basis
- Have taught no more than 3 total years
- Teach less than full-time
